AI prediction infrastructure platform Manadia has announced a strategic investment in and acquisition of GamePad, with both parties set to deeply integrate across AI Agents, AI prediction models, on-chain execution, and compute coordination networks.
GamePad focuses on DeFi intelligent execution and runtime infrastructure, providing GPU/CPU compute resource scheduling, AI Agent management, strategy execution, and long-term stable operation capabilities. The project has received ecosystem backing from institutions including OKX Ventures and Enjin.
Manadia is building an AI-native compute coordination network powered by AI prediction models, covering AI prediction, on-chain settlement, global payments, and AI Agent execution systems.
Following the strategic integration, the two parties will jointly advance AI prediction, AI Agents, on-chain execution, and compute settlement infrastructure, forming a complete AI-native financial infrastructure stack and accelerating the adoption of AI-native financial networks.
